Description

65 m2 in a former convent from the mid-19th century. You are on the 2nd and top floor. (20 steps) Located in the historic district, in the arts district more precisely, a 3-minute walk from the old port You are on a nice street, not very busy and quiet with all amenities nearby. Everything is within walking distance! The interior is parquet with rather old furniture. IKEA lovers will be disappointed. The photos are indicative of what awaits you. See you soon The space - Free parking nearby as well as 2 electric charging stations. - Panoramic view in the heart of the historic district, quadruple exposure. Beautiful lights in the premises. Close to all amenities, everything can be done on foot. Guest access The whole apartment. Other things to note Cleaning is to be done before leaving the premises. I don't include a cleaning fee voluntarily to keep the price attractive, as the Airbnb commission is already expensive. I therefore leave it up to guests to clean or to take the cleaning package for an extra charge (30 euros) Registration Details 143330006313Q
