9th floor cosy penthouse apartment with big terrace. Large room irregularly shaped with double bed and double sofa bed. Very quiet, panoramic view with windows on different sides. Kitchen in a verandah with dining table. Bathroom with tub and shower The space The terrace is a lovely space which is part of the house where you can have your meals, enjoy sunbathing, or relaxing in the swinging seat or the hammocks. The house is ideal for a single person or a couple, but it can also host 2 more people that will sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. You will not find two bedrooms, but one large room where wooden panels partly separate one bed area from the rest of the house (see pictures carefully). Important notice: The bed is a Japanese thick futon laying over tatami bases. It is NOT a full double bed, but a one-and-half size instead, measuring 125cm. Some people find it too small and uncomfortable for a couple. Please consider this before booking. Guest access You have access to the entire house, not sharing anything with anyone. Other things to note A piano is in the house, it is not always fully tuned, but not bad either, you are welcome to play it. Stereo with CD player, and a bluetooth device to play music wireless from other bluetooth devices. TV with Netflix (you can enter with your own account).
