This studio is located in the heart of the Prospector neighborhood, which is known for its convenience to Park City attractions as well as its laid-back feel. This condo has been beautifully renovated with high-quality, modern details, and is brand new for the 2020 season. Guest access As a guest at Utahpia on Sidewinder, you will have full use of your own private studio, as well as access to the common amenities of Prospector, which include a hotel-style hot tub (year-round) and pool (summer only). Prospector is also a Sundance Film Festival venue. Other things to note Although we don’t expect noise, please note that there is potential for noise simply because this unit is in a building with approximately 20 other units, which are likely to also have guests or residents. Prospector does have posted quiet hours at reasonable times. Those specific details will be provided at check-in, but typically it is something like 10PM-8AM.
