The unit is a 5 minutes walk to town. Own kitchen, washing machine and laundry. No clothes dryer but I provide a drying rack. Off street parking which is small, so not suitable for a campervan. Free WIFI. Studio has a double and 2 single beds with linen. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, cook top, mini oven and all utensils you need. The lounge area has two chairs which can be separated or pushed together. There is also a large flat screen television. Quiet but so close to town. Guest access Entire unit is for your own use. Other things to note Car parks are small. If you have a large vehicle, or are trouble parking in a small space, I suggest you booked elsewhere. Not suitable for a campervan. If you do have a car, please drive in the lower side of the property and exit by the Ramada Hotel. Free on street parking nearby but it can be busy, depending on time of year and day. Also, being downstairs, there can be some noise from people walking upstairs. The ceilings are "suspended" but some guests comment about this. If noise is an issue, I suggest you book one of my upstairs studios. Slightly more expensive.
