The space In order to ensure maximum comfort and privacy, the first floor of the house is entirely dedicated to our guests. The house has been renovated and offers 3 bedrooms in different styles: classic, ethnic and modern. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, toiletries and hairdryer. The area is well-served, just 200 meters away there are playgrounds, bars, restaurants, a tobacco shop, pharmacy, post office, supermarkets and hairdresser. In addition, there are several restaurants and agritourisms nearby where you can enjoy Marche cuisine. Please indicate your arrival time in the reservation, as it is a private home without a reception. Guest access Guests can enjoy the relaxation area with sofas and a fireplace. The kitchen is available for the preparation of the buffet breakfast, which includes pastries, biscuits, coffee, jams, fruit juices and typical local products. In summer, weather permitting, breakfast will be served in the garden. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Other things to note Our price includes all our services, with no additional costs. Includes breakfast, bed linen and towels, cleaning and linen change every 3 days of stay, wi-fi, and public parking in front of the B&B. Children up to 3 years old do not pay anything and we offer a cot and high chair in the kitchen.
