The property is securely gated for privacy with green ficus all around the property. The large willow tree brings a nice breeze and shade to enjoy dining in the patio or lounging outdoor in the beautiful California weather. The yard also has a Bocce court. The space There are no stairs. The unit is on the ground level. First Bedroom includes a queen size bed and a daybed both which have memory foam mattresses with half bathroom and storage closet including flat screen cable TV (some international channels included). Second Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, full bathroom, large closet and AC wall unit. Both entrances have french doors with frosted glass in which can be left wide open to enjoy the beauty of the large outdoor peaceful gated manicured garden. All rooms are divided with frosted glass doors. Living Room is tastefully designed with hardwood floors, sofa bed, coffee table, lamp, lovely art on the walls, flat screen cable TV and black-out shades for darkening if needed. Kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave (no dishwasher). The dining table seats four (there is plenty of outdoor patio seating with a table). The outdoor space is also occupied by the top floor tenants. Washer and Dryer located in back of the house. Plenty of safe street parking always available. The yard has a camera for security purposes. Other things to note This is a non-smoking house.
