The house is located on top of the hills of Mockingbird Canyon with views that overlook the city. During your stay, you will have everything you need: wifi, a desk, mini fridge, access to full kitchen area, living room with projection screen, blu-ray player and comfy couch, printer/scanner access and game area with pool table. The space Our home is located in Mockingbird Canyon, nestled up at the top of the hill, where you will find a tranquil and relaxing place to stay. Between the 91 and 215 fwy, with close vicinity to grocery stores, food, shopping and more. Guests will have access to many amenities during their stay, including a private driveway for parking, a laundry area, full kitchen, printer/scanner access, pool table, bar and coffee maker. These amenities will be found in the shared spaces and are accessible for all guests to enjoy. --- **EV Charging Information:** Our home is equipped with 1 level 2 charger for EV vehicles. It is in the form of a NEMA 14-50 outlet which produces 240 volts at 50 Amps. The charger is located outside on the left exterior wall of the garage. You will need you provide your own charging adapter that will fit the NEMA 14-50 plug. We do charge an additional fee for EV charging. The rate for full access is $50 per week. If you don’t need full access and only need limited charging we can calculate pricing based on your estimated usage. Our electricity is $0.40 per kwh --- **Internet Information:** Our home is equipped with high speed 5G internet. The speeds typically fall in the 300mbps range. This is sufficient enough to stream 4k movies, handle video calls and general web browsing. Internet service may lower during severe weather or high congested times. Although it is possible, we generally do not recommend using our internet for high speed or competitive gaming. Guest access Common areas of the home are set up specifically for our guests. The home is configured to be a shared space for guests to enjoy. Guests will have both the privacy of their rooms, as well as access to the main areas of the home: kitchen, dining, living, game and business area, laundry. In the kitchen, you will find a coffee maker ready with cups/coffee/creamer, pots/pants/utensils to cook and more. Guests will be able to enjoy movies/music in the living area with the large projection screen and big comfy couch. In the other area of the home, guests will find access to a printer if needed and be able to enjoy a fun game of pool! During your stay I do not live on site, however I am available by text or call to help assist you during your stay. We have prepared then house for your needs and the home should be easy to navigate. I will occasionally come by the house to check, clean, and maintain the house. Check-in is "self check-in" via smart lock. I may or may not be present when you arrive for check-in. If you would like me or an associate to be present to help you with check-in please let me know. The home is set up with smart locks, making check-in super simple. Your guest room will also be equipped with a lock. All the information you need to check-in will be sent 3 days before your reservation.
