We will welcome you in the heart of Balazuc (one of the most beautiful villages in France) in a stone house for 4/5 people. 85 m² on two levels in a classified medieval village from the 12th century (stone and vaults). Terrace overlooking the village and superb views of the river and its cliffs. Ardèche River 300 meters away, 5 min walk. The space The interior Independent semi-detached village house on 2 levels. After passing through an alley, you access the house through the terrace. On the 1st level, a 9 m2 terrace opens onto a dining room with fireplace including internet box, a Hi-Fi system, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator freezer, microwave and a dining area. A semi-mezzanine bedroom under the roofs with 2 single beds that can be joined. From the kitchen you take a few steps that lead you to the lower floor. At this level is a large vaulted room of 25 m2 composed of an alcove (vaulted) with 1 bed for 2 people. A sofa bed (140 cm) allows you to enjoy the 120 cm TV, a DVD player and a library corner, board games. This room (naturally cool even in summer) gives access to a terrace overlooking the Ardèche River. Between the kitchen and the large vaulted room is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and washing machine. The cottage is non-smoking. Balazuc is located in Southern Ardèche, 15 km north of Vallon Pont d'Arc and 15 km south of Aubenas. If the village can be visited, at no charge, in one day, it will deliver its charm to morning walkers (greeted by the song of birds) and evening strollers (under the stridulation of cicadas). At the foot of the cliffs of Balazuc you will enjoy a sandy beach (300 meters from the gite: swimming and lazing, departure by canoe-kayak for athletes, fishing, climbing site or departure for the walk to the magical eco village of Vieil Audon (10 minutes walk along the river), In Balazuc, you can also discover the shops, artisans, boutiques, restaurants, cafés and their concerts, exhibitions, and popular balls. If you want to radiate around the village to discover our department, you will not miss our must-sees: Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc, the Villages of character of Vogué, Labeaume, the Vans and many other Cévennes villages...
