Tenterden School House

The cottage started out as the School house for the region of Tenterden, 28km Northwest of Guyra in the Northern Tablelands. It was last used as a primary school 30 years ago and has been delightfully renovated into a 2 bedroom cottage with open kitchen/living area showcasing original windows and polished floorboards. We have a working sheep/beef farm with a beautiful creek running through our property with Trout fishing and if you are very quiet a sneaky platypus might be seen. The space The Schoolhouse is over 1km from nearest neighbours which affords privacy and has a self contained yard. Guest access Whole cottage access available, however, garage is not available. Can show you through to local creek and fishing spots and lovely secluded areas. Other things to note Mobile service is available for Telstra, however being rural it is the perfect opportunity to disconnect. There is currently no television or WiFi available.
