Carnsampson Apartment Ballycastle

Carnsampson Apartment is a light and spacious 2-bed apartment 1 mile outside of Ballycastle. The flat is attached to our home with 2 separate private entrances giving plenty of privacy. We are half a mile away from the road which means we are surrounded by peaceful countryside and incredible views of KnockLayde and woodland areas. The south facing apartment has a kitchen/living room area with high ceilings and a wood burning stove. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a utility room. The space The first-floor apartment is built onto our family home with a locked door connecting the two together, however it has two separate private entrances into the apartment giving our guests privacy during their stay. Both entrance’s require staircases for entry to the first floor apartment. The apartment is situated half a mile away from the main road, giving you a quiet and peaceful stay where you can enjoy the countryside. The Kitchen/Living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a spacious dining table to enjoy home cooked meals from the kitchen. The living area is spacious and light with countryside views. There is a sofa and arm chairs which are comfortable to relax and watch the smart TV, or enjoy the wood burning stove with logs provided. The two en-suite bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Both rooms have window views of Knocklayde. The fully equipped utility room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. There is also a separate toilet off of the utility room. There is also an iron, ironing board, and airer. There is lots of outdoor space around the apartment and outdoor seating available to enjoy the unique views of Ballycastle’s countryside.
