OMG Guesthouse Samal Island House for 28 pax

OMG Guest house is a large house set in it's own secure grounds. The house has 7 large bedrooms and can sleep upto 27+ people. Bedding towels are provided. Use of common areas, large living area with FREE videoke and a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook, also outside areas. OMG is situated in central Penaplata on the beautiful Samal Island. It is a short walk to Samal Park where you can find all the BBQ eateries and markets, the park also holds many events through out the year. The space OMG is a large newly renovated house in central Penaplata close to all attractions and resorts. The whole house can be rented exclusively for a very reasonable price. There is free videoke (6pm until 10pm), free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with 2x refrigerators, stoves and all kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery including a laundry with an automatic washing machine (p100 per 8kg load) The house will sleep upto 25+ people, beds include 1x queen beds, 4x double beds and the remaining beds vary from single beds to bunk beds, 6 of the 7 bedrooms are airconed, there are 4 bathrooms, one of which ia an ensuite (rooms 4). Events, parties, team building etc can be held at OMG for large groups (25 people and above) for an additional fee depending on group size. OMG is great for family reunions. We can also arrange your island hopping and land tours of the island. We also have for rent a Toyota fortuna with driver and two motorcycles. Guest access The whole house is there for your enjoyment. One bedroom with private access is occupied by the caretaker who is there to assit you with your stay. Free videoke Free WIFI free mineral water, only for drinking while in the house. Cooker, there will be a small charge for cooking to cover the gas. Smart tv 55inch Great sound system Disco lights in living area to accompany the videoke. All bedings and towels supplied. Other things to note Smoking is forbidden inside the house but allowed outside in the grounds. Checkin and check out times must be followed unless other wise arranged for additional fees.
