Yellow artist house 600 meters from Tversted Beach

We call our house 'Det lille gule hus', The little yellow house. But actually it is not that small. The house, winter garden and garden just feel like a cozy little bubble to be in. We really love living here - and believe you would enjoy staying here, too. It's 600 meters from the beach and 500 from the small local grocery store. The space The house is built in 1936 by a family of fishermen in the style known from the city of Skagen (30 minutes drive from Tversted). The center of the house is a small kitchen painted in light blue colors. The garden is based on the gardening principals of Hjørring Kommune's kampagne VILD MED VILJE (wild on purpose), which means it's also a good place for insects. It's a nice place to spend the days, when you’re not on the beach or walking the dunes. Guest access The whole house is available. Other things to note Our house is personal. The winter garden, for instance, is Inga's art studio. In other words, this is not you typical summer house, but it has a wonderful relaxed holiday atmosphere.
