The flat was renovated to ahigh standard with top of the range double glazing, new boiler, bathroom, and kitchen installed. The newly fitted bathroom has a large L shaped bath and twin modern powerful shower arrangement. There is also specialist beauty lighting for make-up! There is plenty of space for bikes/bags etc in the hallway and everything you require in the kitchen. The table extends to sit up to 6. Amenities nearby include Sainsbury's local across the road (10m!), Number 16 restaurant (voted top on Trip advisor for several years), numerous cafes, takeaways and famous bars. It has quick access to the express way so taxis/trains/walking to the SECC/Hydro for gigs is cheap and quick. There are all the necessary cleaning products for using the kitchen and enough crockery for 4-6 people. The fire in front room is just for show and doesn’t work. A feature fireplace!
