The space The villa is located in a prime area, in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, between Nice and Monaco. It is very easy to get to and, best of all, you won’t have to worry about parking your car – a large, private, secure and free parking space awaits you. Highly recommend renting a car! Fully equipped 100 m² villa with a 300 m² garden, featuring very high ceilings in the living room, six high-quality sleeping spaces over two floors, and independent air-conditioning and heating units in each bedroom to ensure maximum guest comfort. Located within a development of 9 villas with access to the communal swimming pool, secured by a code system and an intercom at the gate. The neighborhood is residential, green, quiet and very safe. Only 800 metres from the old village of Eze, close to all amenities (doctors, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc.). Enjoy the mild climate to discover the Parc de la Grande Corniche a few metres from the villa! 712 hectares of beautiful trails for unforgettable walks, stunning panoramic views of beauty and more than 450 species of plants. At your feet will unfold a coastline from San Remo to Saint-Tropez and you may be lucky enough to see Corsica! - Ideal for fitness enthusiasts, the superb 1.4-kilometre fitness trail allows users to perform 12 exercises thanks to the 17 pieces of fitness equipment installed along the route. - Family walk, jog or picnic in this breathtaking nature, the choice is yours! > Internet and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with USB chargers for charging laptops and mobile phones. The entrance to the house opens onto a large living space with: > A large living room, a comfortable sofa, a matching armchair, coffee tables, a floor lamp, a TV cabinet and a 4K TV with curved screen and a PTIT HOMME "LOVE" Collection painting decorates the living room. > The dining area with a beautiful round table that can accommodate 6 people and a kitchen with modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave oven, Fridge/freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the crockery you need for cooking and eating. There are three bay windows, which are true skylights, all of which overlook the garden. Still on the ground floor: > A bedroom with its own private shower room, a great 160x200 sofa bed and a "Bultex" brand memory foam mattress that offers high-quality sleep. A PTIT HOM "LE DAMIER" Collection painting decorates the bedroom. > A separate restroom. Upstairs: > A master bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, a large wardrobe/storage space on shelves. > A second bedroom with two single beds of 90*200cm, a large wardrobe/storage space on a shelf. > A separate bathroom with a window, a bathtub and a double sink > A separate toilet with a window. > A large open space accommodates a desk with lamp > An outdoor terrace has been arranged around a teak table that can accommodate up to six guests, for lunches in the sun, with a large umbrella and sunbeds. Open from May to September. > All linen is of quality (fresh sheets, towels, beach towels, tea towels) and toiletries, toilet paper, are provided, as well as vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. > In the garage: Washer/dryer, detergent, clothes clips, clothes rack. Free baby equipment on request. Not to mention items that are difficult to do without or that are easily forgotten (toiletries, soap, shower gel and shampoo, washing-up liquid, household cleaning products, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.). Guest access You will have full access to the villa, its terrace, garden, large private car park. Other things to note We hope that our guests take care of our house as if it were their own and report any malfunctions or signs of wear and tear. Cleaning is included, but we still ask you to empty the fridge, dustbins, do the dishes, sponge if necessary (e.g. oven and hobs) and a small broom in the kitchen and living room. You will have access to laundry facilities in the garage. Don't waste water or electricity, don't smoke in the house, etc... you are perfect guests. Welcome to our home! We hope that our guests take care of our home as if it were their own and report any malfunction or signs of wear and tear. Departure cleaning is included but we still ask you to empty the refrigerator, garbage cans, do the dishes, wipe with a sponge if necessary (oven and burners for example) and a small broom in the kitchen and living room.
