Pool-level spacious apartment at Regina Gardens

Quiet and relaxing, modern apartment in a resort-style complex. The apartment is located in an exclusive area of Paphos, minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping mall. Walk 5 minutes to bus stop to go to Coral Bay, Paphos Harbor, Medieval Fortress and Tombs of the Kings. The well equipped kitchen as well as the dining area give you ample options for dining in while the large patio surrounded by gardens is an ideal place to have a glass of wine and relax. The space Guests can use the entire apartment. You can cook a simple meal in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it on the dinner table or on the patio table. A full size fridge can keep your food fresh and your beer cold. The pools on the premise are shared but they are large, very clean so you have a place to relax any time you want. While the beach is the real deal, do try the pools, they are awesome! Guest access The apartment is all yours for the duration of your booking. Other things to note The apartment is in a gated community. To access the place you will use a code that will be communicated to you in advance. The code will be entered on a keypad at the gate. While everything in the apartment works as expected, there are a few things you need to know: - Electricity in Cyprus runs on 220V/60Hz. We provide an extension cord with universal plus so that we can connect your English, North American, European, Japanese, and other devices. Before connecting them to power please make sure they work on 220V - For everybody's safety and comfort, everybody must use mattress protectors. In the bedroom the mattress protector will be in already in place at the time of your arrival. If you use the sofa beds you must put on the matter protector (provided) yourself before you put on the bed sheets. - The pools are officially open and lifeguards are on duty generally between May and November.
