Stunning Mansion Flat in Garnethill

The property is in the Grade Two listed Mansion building in the center of Glasgow. It is a two-minute walk from Sauchiehall Street and all the bars and restaurants there. The flat is on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. The rooms are large and airy and provide a beautiful space for a stay in Glasgow. We would love to host you however we don’t accept parties. ***PLEASE NOTE, WE CAN NO LONGER OFFER PARKING VOUCHERS*** The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, one bathroom with walk- in shower plus roll top bath, full kitchen and laundry room plus a lounge with a smart tv. The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo for your use. The kitchen has teabags and coffee pods. There is a well stocked store cupboard with extra toilet rolls etc - please replenish the bathroom supply if needed. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use. Our flat is not toddler proofed, however children are welcome. We have a cot and a high chair - please bring your own cot bedding. The very popular Singl-end restaurant is 20 feet from our door. The Glasgow School of Art is on the same street ( refurbished McIntosh building was due to reopen in spring 2019 before the recent devastating fire) and The Tenement House Museum is one street away. The Open Top Bus Tour stops just round the corner in Sauchiehall Street and Charing Cross station is a 10 minute walk. I guess what I am trying to say is that our flat is perfectly situated for a great stay in Glasgow, whether you are here for the nightlife, sports events, culture or shopping in the Style Mile! Parking outside is resident only or metered. Please note, we can no longer offer parking vouchers. You really don’t need a car here, everything is walkable! I'm not always here to welcome you myself, however a good friend Keith will be here if I can't. Guest access You will have access to the entire property throughout your stay. PLEASE NOTE, the key box is NOT directly outside of our flat but 30m away - please carefully check your guidebook for photos of where to find it. The property is located in the LEZ zone - please visit the Low Emissions Zone Scotland website and use the vehicle checker toggle if you plan to drive in Glasgow.
