Welcome to my charming apartment (30m²) for two people in the 5th arrondissement, Paris. Located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator), it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: an equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a comfortable queen bed, and a bathroom. The Metro Line 10 will give you easy access to the Capital's historic sites. The space Welcome! Step inside and make yourself comfortable. This 30m² studio has all the amenities you'll need to make Paris feel like home! The apartment is decorated with luxurious and modern touches. It is divided into three spaces: one living area, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The living room has a large leather sofa, two armchairs, and a television to entertain you. There's also a queen-size bed (160x200) in the corner lined with hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest. The small dining area harkens back to Parisian bistros, lending it a romantic vibe. Further in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to make a satisfying meal, such as an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and mirror. Toilets are separated. Towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer are also provided. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
