Enter through our home to your private 3rd floor space No Parties; we live on 1st 2 floors BDRM 1=QN Bed + DBL Futon couch. BDRM 2=QN Bed + QN Futon couch. All 4 have memory foam toppers. Toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, panini grill, electric oven, rice cooker, air fryer, induction cook top & Instant Pot. All dishes, utensils, pots, pans included. Fridge/freezer reg. size. 4 piece bath. TD Coliseum and First Ontario Place are 10 mins walk or an $8 - $10 Uber. The space Century home built in 1907. Entrance is through our home. We will be home. No parties allowed. The space is on the entire 3rd floor - private apartment with a door on our 2nd floor to the Air BNB space. Walking to bars, restaurants, event Venues, mall, shopping and transportation (GO Transit, HSR) located within minutes of the home. Hamilton Airport 15 minute drive. Toronto Airport -45 minute drive. We are located 1.5 blocks from St. Joseph's hospital. You will have your own private kitchenette and bathroom for your use on the 3rd floor. Mock Kitchen can become a 3rd private bedroom by moving the table and placing queen dbl high air mattress there. We have free parking on our property for 1 car. If you need more parking - please advise and we will try to accommodate. There is street parking if required but on a timed schedule. TD Coliseum and First Ontario Place are 10 mins walk or an $8 - $10 Uber. Guest access You must enter through our home and front door to get to the space. The entire 3rd floor is the Air BnB. While you are here - We will not enter the Air BnB space unless you request us to. We will leave you a key and or send you an electronic key to your phone or both. Once inside - please leave your shoes anywhere on the large caramel colored carpet in the main entry hall - not in the indoor vestibule, and head up the stairs. Once at the top of the 1st set of stairs you will be looking straight ahead - the door to your immediate right is the door to your private space and yes "another set of stairs". Go up those stairs and that space is the Air BnB space. Please close the door to maintain your privacy and ours while you are in the space. We are very easy going and are very comfortable with people in our home. If you hear us in the kitchen when you come in or go out - if you want - feel free to poke your head in and say Hi! We have shared stories, meals and restaurants with our guests but only if its within their comfort zone. Otherwise we are very respectful if your wish is to just come and go and if our paths cross, a friendly hello is just fine as well. Other things to note We are 5 minutes from the Hunter Street GO Station that will take you to Toronto or Niagara Falls. Toronto is 40 minutes by car. Niagara Falls is also about 40 minutes by car. There are maps in our space to show you all the restaurants within walking (we are in the heart of downtown so there are many!) TD Coliseum and First Ontario Place are 10 mins walk or an $8 - $10 Uber. Playpen, baby toys, and a Bumbo seat are also availvble.
