The cozy apartment in a cul-de-sac location can accommodate 4 adults. Children are very welcome here! The beach and the promenade of Travemünde with numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques are about 6 minutes away by bike. Supermarkets, a park with sports facilities, as well as children's playgrounds are within walking distance. The famous Timmendorfer Strand is 10 minutes away by car. Hamburg is ideal for a day trip. The space The bright, friendly duplex apartment is quietly located and invites you to relax. If it is not rented, it is inhabited by me and my 4-year-old daughter. Therefore, it is equipped with everything you need in everyday life - incl. Crib, high chair, baby bath, stair gates, and much more). Small children in particular will get their money's worth. In addition to toys, books, male corner, there is currently an indoor climbing frame in the spacious kitchen-living room. You can plan your activities on the sun terrace. (The lounge furniture on the terrace is covered in winter.) During your visit, we live in the apartment among you and are approachable for you. In the front garden there is a small playhouse, which can be played with - my daughter is always happy about playmates. We don't charge a cleaning fee, so we kindly ask you to leave everything clean when you leave. Guest access The apartment is available to you alone for private use and is lockable. Strollers/bicycles can be parked in our back garden after consultation - there the terrace is covered. Other things to note Spa tax In the Baltic Sea resort of Travemünde, a spa tax or a beach usage fee is charged. Both charges are used for the maintenance, care and upkeep of spa facilities and the spa beach. Spa tax The spa tax in Travemünde is payable (only by adults) upon arrival and is €3 per night from May 15 - September 14 and €1.60 the rest of the year.
