Wadi Rum Family Camp
My name is Salem Sabbah and I have a small camp close to Wadi Rum Village in the heart of the Wadi Rum desert. Here you will have a chance to see the Bedouin style of life and truly enjoy the surrounding Jordanian desert. This area is an experience like no other and I find joy in sharing it with you. My guides are experienced and know the area intimately, having lived here for generations. Includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be provided for a small additional cost. The space This is a basic camp situated in the heart of the Wadi Rum. I have worked with tourists for many years and love to share my Bedouin culture with those from around the world. My camp has 10 tents with 2-3 comfy beds in each tent, along with plenty of warm blankets. Guest access At the campsite there is also a cozy sitting area that guests can take advantage of as well as a firepit for campfires and watching the stars. Breakfast is included. A tasty lunch and dinner can be provided for an additional cost. A simple kitchen is available for use and includes gas stove, sink, and a cool space for food to be stored, if needed. Other things to note The desert is a hot environment, so please be sure to bring hats and suncream! If this listing is booked please look for another of the Wadi Rum Family Camp listings. There is a total of 12 tents. This accommodation is located in the protected area of the Wadi Rum desert in our Welcome to Wadi Rum camp. There is free transportation from the Wadi Rum Village to the camp if a guest takes some of our Jeep tours during the stay. For others, the transportation fee from the village to the camp and back is 15 JD /Jeep /one way (includes 1-6 people from the same booking)
