The space HomeSTAYsLOVEnia is perfect for couples, families, solo travellers, nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, photographers, and anyone looking to experience the peace of the Slovenian countryside. It's also ideal for small groups seeking relaxation or hosting quiet retreats such as yoga, meditation, creative workshops, painting, or photography sessions for up to 8 people. In summer, you can swim in the nearby river, camp in the garden, or end the day around a cosy bonfire under the stars. Guest access HomeSTAYsLOVEnia is designed as a modern, open home where the common areas are meant to be shared and enjoyed together. We love the feeling of a welcoming home rather than a place where everyone stays behind closed doors. My partner and I also live in the house, but our private living area is located entirely on the ground floor, where we have our own bedroom and bathroom. The guest rooms and guest bathrooms are located on the first floor, giving guests their own dedicated space and plenty of privacy. During your stay, you're welcome to use the shared living room, kitchen, terrace, and garden, while enjoying your own private bedroom. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms reserved exclusively for your group depends on the size of your booking and whether there are other guests staying at the same time. We always make sure that every guest has comfortable accommodation and access to appropriate bathroom facilities. We enjoy meeting people from around the world, but we also fully respect our guests' privacy. Whether you'd like to chat over a coffee or simply enjoy your own space, we'll happily adapt to your preferred style of stay. If you prefer complete privacy, it may be possible to rent the entire house without our presence, provided this is agreed in advance and if our schedule allows it. This option is subject to an additional fee of 20% of the total reservation value, which is payable upon arrival. During your stay We speak fluent English, Slovenian, Croatian, and Serbian, and we're always happy to help you make the most of your stay. Whether you're looking for hiking trails, hidden gems, local restaurants, or day-trip ideas, we're glad to share our recommendations. If you'd like to chat over a drink or simply exchange travel stories, we'd love to get to know you - but we'll also happily respect your privacy if you prefer a quieter stay. Other things to note Minimum number of guests per reservation: 2 Tourist tax - adults 3 €/day, children 7 - 18 years, 1,5 € / per day. We collect tourist tax on site and must be paid before departure. Cleaning fee: 60 EUR (already charged by the airbnb, we do not charge this extra). All prices are per person per night.
