Our Homestay combines modern achitecture and traditional local elements what gives the place unique personal touch. It can be your perfect "chill out escape" since it is "hidden" in the picturesque countryside surrounded by meadows and forest, yet still perfect "basecamp" being less than an hour away from major turist attractions (Lake Bled/Bohinj/capital city). Perfect for families, nature lovers, photographers, hikers, cyclists… everyone who wants to experience genuine countryside life. Great for small groups longing for chill out and relax. It is possible to have "quiet" events that do not disturb normal life of the family or neighbours (joga, meditation, retreat classes, painting, photography, creative workshops for small groups up to 8 people). It is possible to swim in the river in summer, set a tent in the garden, in the evening we can spend the time together enjoying bonfire in our garden. Guest access HomeSTAYsLOVEnia is built in a modern way where rooms are open and connected. We prefer staying together than locking ourselves in separate rooms. But of course we have also the space just for ourselves, too. You will have your own private room and bathroom (whether the bathroom will be for your private use or not depends on how many guest there will be in the house at the same time - we have 4 rooms for guests and 2 bathrooms). This means you can share with us whole house, terrace and the garden, while having your private room just for yourself. During your stay We speak fluently English, Croatian, Serbian and Slovene language. During the week we can share late afternoons and evenings for dinner, having a drink and conversation. During the weekend we will be available also during the day. We will help you with an advice to pick the right routes, places to visit in order to make your trip enjoyable and your stay with us as pleasant as possible. During the weekends we can organise for you special photo tours or guided hikes in the mountains. Ski resort Stari vrh is 10 minutes away, in summer time ski resort operates as adrenaline park. There are also 2 other ski resorts: Ski resort CERKNO (30 minutes away) and ski resort Soriška planina (40 minutes away). Both ski centers are nice for hiking in the summer season. Other things to note Minimum number of guests per reservation: 2 Tourist tax - adults 3 €/day, children 7 - 18 years, 1,5 € / per day. Washing Laundry: 10 EUR/washing Drying Laundry: 5 EUR/drying Usage of kitchen for preparing dinner or lunch on your own: 2 EUR/person/meal Cleaning fee: 60 EUR. All prices are per person per night.
