Self-catering room in Belsize Park

In a quiet, tree-lined Victorian street, in a London "village" with excellent public transport links. 2 tube/subway stations & bus-stops 10 mins walk away. Please be aware that what you are renting is your room only, not the whole appartment... The rest of the appartment is shared, and depending on his workload, Chris is using his study as needed. Hosts happy to offer advice, or leave you in privacy. The space A good-sized first-floor (sorry, no lift) private bedroom sleeping one, or a parent and a child between 6 and 14 years. Desk. Lockable door. Nice garden views. The adjoining bathroom is mainly for you. A compact & well equipped kitchen for your near-exclusive use. Shared, sunny living room. Friendly hosts happy to offer advice, or leave you in privacy. Guest access You will have the whole flat to yourself overnight. Front door has 2 locks. During the weekdays (also occasionally in the evenings and at weekends), Chris is using the other lockable room in the flat as his study. Apart from your own private guest room with IKEA bed, (it is designed to be made as a single or a double - please let us know in advance your preference), you have almost sole use of the bathroom/WC. Kitchen: Chris uses it to make teach & coffee, it's yours only for preparing meals (light cooking only please). Large living room to be shared during the day, exclusive use overnight and for breakfast. During your stay We are both happy to answer any queries at any time, as we live downstairs. Other things to note - The whole flat is cleaned, and the bedding changed, once a week. Please let us know if you would like less frequent cleaning. You can help yourself to fresh towels as needed at any time. - The bed is made with two pillows per guest and a duvet; if you'd like a top sheet as well, please let us know. There is an electric blanket. - If arriving by car, please let us know in advance as we can usually provide off-street parking.
