The Coach House is set in the private gated grounds of a Grade II listed house in the leafy suburbs of Grassendale The detached residence is ideally placed to offer a chance to explore the vibrant city of Liverpool: Promenade 4 min drive Penny lane/Strawberry Fields/ John Lennon’s home 5 min drive John Lennon Airport 10 min drive Liverpool One 15 min drive Albert Dock 15 min drive Cathedrals 15 min drive Museums/ Philharmonic 15 min drive Anfield/Goodison 20 min drive Not suitable for smokers The space Unique, Victorian Coach House with original beams in the open plan living space. The open lounge area has a stylish, click-clack sofa bed which provides adequate sleeping space for one adult or two young children. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed. There is off road parking space for more than 1 car just outside the Coach House. Not suitable for smokers. For clarity this restriction also applies to vaping and e-cigarettes. Guest access Guests have access to the whole of the apartment which is completely detached from the main residence and is extremely private. Although a gated private residence for ease the gate will remain open during guests stay and will be open upon arrival . Guests are free to come and go as they choose. Please note the grounds are NOT for the use of guests. The booking relates solely to the coach house building. Other things to note The Coach House is not suitable for smokers. There are local shops within walking distance (Tesco -3 mins walk , Aldi & Asda 5 min drive). The promenade is a also a short walk away where you can enjoy a lovely stroll along the Mersey. There are a number of places along the promenade to stop off for a coffee and food. There are also a variety of attractions for children including two play areas, high ropes and an ice cream parlour. The Festival Gardens can also be accessed from the promenade and are well worth a visit.
