The VENEZCHEZVOUS experience: The Le Villaret chalet is a new construction with 180 degree views of Lake Annecy. You will find a desk area, a large living room with comfortable sofas. The house is fully air conditioned. A fully equipped and very spacious kitchen will guarantee you very good moments of conviviality. The house has a surface area of 170 m2 and a terrace of 30 m2 with a Jacuzzi that can accommodate 5 people. From the jacuzzi you can admire the lake, up to Annecy as well as the surrounding mountains that make the landscape beautiful. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa and a sink. 2nd floor 85 m2, kitchen, lounge area, office space, terrace, toilet and laundry room 2nd 70 m2, master bedroom with lake and mountain views with private bathroom. Private bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with double bed for one and two single beds in the other. The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 8 people. A decibel sensor is placed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
