Blue Wren Estate is a magnificent property 45 minutes out of Perth, set on 30 acres situated on the boundary of thousands of acres of state forest. This exclusive, luxurious private property is also only just a few minutes away from shopping centres and a great cup of coffee. This modern and spacious stately home has numerous entertaining areas, is built over three levels and sleeps up to 14 people. NOTE: Trip length periods apply. NO PARTIES. The space Blue Wren Estate is the perfect retreat for those who like the best of both worlds. Watch the Blue Wren’s from the kitchen window, go swimming in the pool, night gazing at the stars away from the city lights, go walking in the bush behind the property, or roam the orchards, the activities on the property are endless. This stately home includes a modern chef's kitchen, parents retreat with en-suite, TV and dressing room, a balcony off each bedroom, sunken lounge, informal and formal dining areas, reading nook, split level games room with table tennis, office / second games room with pool table and Smart TV, swimming pool which is solar heated to 26 degrees celsius, outdoor barbecue area with firepit, trampoline, monkey bars with swing and dams and an extra fridge in the garage. Guests can expect a home away from home during a peaceful and relaxing stay at Blue Wren Estate. Guest access Guests will be able to access all the spaces pictured in the photos. Other things to note Some phone carriers may experience difficulty with reception at this property. Wifi is provided via a satellite service however there can at times be possible faults with appliances with weather or power related outages that can disrupt operation. If access to wifi is critical for work purposes it may be prudent to bring a portable wifi device. Please also note that there are unfenced dams and a fully fenced pool area at this property, children need to be supervised at all times. The bedroom configuration at the property is as follows: one king, one queen, 2 singles, 2 king singles with a trundle, 2 king singles with a trundle and one double sofa bed located in the activity / living room (this is only used for bookings with guests above 12). The double sofa bed located in the activity / living room does not have curtains. Bedding and sheets for the queen sofa bed downstairs are only provided for 13+ guests. All hotel grade linen and towels are provided for all guests. Pool towels are also provided all year round. The pool is solar (sun) heated up to 26 degrees, and as such may not be heated on overcast days or first thing in the morning in the cooler months. If there has not been much sun the pool will not be heated. There are no spa facilities on the property. In the winter months some wood for the fireplaces is provided, if this is all used you will have to purchase some from a service station, one is located less than 5 minutes away. During restricted burning periods the fire pit will not be available. Professional filming and photography at this property is strictly not allowed, pre wedding photography for bridal parties is welcome. Bookings with guests over 4 people are 60 per night per guest for the whole duration of the stay. Strictly no weddings or events, the estate is accommodation only, please do not contact us asking about weddings or events, there are no exceptions. Maximum capacity at any time at this property is 16 guests. Whilst we do have regular pest control to spray for bugs and insects and regularly clean spider webs, please note that this a rural country property and as such bugs, insects and flies naturally occur in this environment and more than normal compared to metro / city areas due to the large amount of surrounding bushland.
