Cozy nest overlooking the river, crazy charm!

Welcome home! The small house is a nice cozy nest perched above the river. Its veranda is the ideal place to observe the surroundings: fish and crayfish in the river, birds and squirrels in the trees, a real delight... Composed of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice terrace above the river, it is surely the dream cocoon of your vacation. The space Access to the house is through the wooden terrace where the garden furniture is located, where you can have your meals outside, barbecue available. You have to go down 3 steps to access the veranda which houses the living room with the living room area and the dining room area. Three small steps to climb to reach the kitchen, fully equipped: oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and kettle. From the kitchen, you reach bedrooms 1 and 2, as well as the first bathroom, with shower and toilet. If you go back to the veranda, you can take the access door to the tower, the oldest part of the house. The stairs are steep, both to go up to the second bathroom and to bedroom 3, under the roofs, and to go down to bedroom 4, spectacular and vaulted. Not recommended for the elderly, young children or people with very large feet...;) Guest access The house is completely yours. Other things to note The house overlooks the river, it is immersed in trees and nature, it is a haven of peace. Note, however, that there is a restaurant and two other guest houses on the site, so there may be a little traffic but without being overlooked, you are protected, don't worry.
