Beautiful house with Smart TV’s, A/C, firepit!

Stay in our beautiful modern house while we work out of state. Our home has 3 Smart TV’s, central air, fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, relaxing patio deck with firepit and chairs, 2 car side by side parking in the driveway, and more. Pets approved on a case by case basis The space Here are some reasons we love our home: 1. It has large flat screen smart TV’s in both the bedrooms and the living room 2. It has a relaxing deck in the backyard with Weber grill, a nice gas firepit, and seating for the family. 3. It has 2 living areas and a large dining table with seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the counter. 4. Lots of parking - the driveway is extra wide, fitting two cars side by side, and there is some street parking too. 5. We built a dog run that is attached to the house so up to 25/35 lb dogs can easily go in and out to “go potty” through a doggie door in the living room. 6. Central air & heat 7. Close to the beach and the freeway which allows us to get around LA easily and go to the beach when we want to, too. 8. Bedroom furniture and mattress is almost brand new 9. Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower... and brand new washer/dryer too. 10. Fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, large fridge, and lots of granite counter space. Guest access You’ll have the entire property to yourself. However we do have our items stored in the garage, rear shed, and attic, so no access is allowed to these areas. We have small amounts of personal items stored in a few drawers inside but 90% of the home is available for you to store your belongings in! Other things to note DOGS WELCOME! Pets accepted on a case by case basis. Our doggie door should fit up to 25-30 lb dogs. There may be a dog fee - pls message us a little about you and your pet (I.e. size, breed, age, and demeanor). Thank you!! ALSO Back yard is unlandscaped, as we plan to add on in the near future. The deck is plenty big to hang out on though.
