studio 2 over tropical garden

Very sorry we have decided not to rent this apartment during the Covid pandemic.The entrance is through our front door. 😢We continue to rent our downstairs apartment (Studio apartment by tropical beach). Our upstairs studio is reached thru our home front door, is cool,comfortable,well equipped,with a lovely plant filled balcony over a tropical (URL HIDDEN) oasis of calm.We are closest to the best beach Mon Choisy for the lowest prices!❤ The space The apartment has a balcony,living/kitchen area,a double bedroom with aircon, ensuite shower room and toilet area. Our studio is reached through the front door of the house and stairs,it is self contained,private and 100% secure. The studio is ideal for two people but not suitable for children as there is a stairway and balcony. (URL HIDDEN) Guest access Parking is available on the driveway or road outside. A washing machine is available once a week. There is a lockable valuables safety box We can tidy the apartment and change the bed linen for you every four days,if you want us to. WiFi internet is available,guests generally bring their own laptops,tablets or phones,so we didn't put a tv in this upstairs studio. You can lend dvds or books from us :) Other things to note You will be living in a self contained studio inside our house so it may be better for short stays of up to ten days maximum.
