Bright Room in Sunny Lakeside Penthouse w/ Balcony

Bright and comfortable private room in a stylish 104m2 penthouse apartment in the hip center of Copenhagen. The apartment is newly refurbished with large open spaces, loads of light all day long, and a balcony to take in the afternoon sun. The apartment has a massive kitchen and dining table, huge bathroom with underfloor heating, brand-new power shower, washer and dryer, SONOS speakers, Apple TV, 1Gbit fibre. The space Your private room features a really comfortable king-sized bed, loads of closet space, philips Hue smart lights, beautiful morning and evening light, a view to the lakes, even a desk with 27" monitor if you need to work (can be removed on request). There are blackout shades in the bedroom - very important in the Scandinavian summer when it never really get completely dark! Of course there is super-fast 1Gb fiber internet throughout and an espresso machine in the kitchen for your morning caffeine injection. Generally you'll be sharing the apartment with me - Barrington; a 38-year old British tech founder; keen astronomer and dedicated cheeseburger-maker. I'll be at work in the day, and will give you your space in the evenings to enjoy the apartment as you wish. Guest access The apartment is located ten-seconds walk to the iconic Lakes in the center of Copenhagen, and five minutes walk to Nørreport Station. Within a few moments you can be at the award-winning international food hall Torvehallerne, for incredible cuisine from all over the world - or take a beer to relax in the sun at Israelsplads. During your stay Generally I'll be at work but we can have as much or as little interaction as you like! I'll give your own space wherever possible. Other things to note Note that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. This shouldn't be any trouble for most, but obviously I don't recommend if you have a broken leg!
