The suite features two well-appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful night's sleep. The inviting living area and shared patio area is perfect for relaxing after a day in Penticton. Modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the space ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guest access Keyless entry makes check in a breeze! 7 steps down a well lit stairwell with handrail is how you enter your suite. There is a patio table & chairs & bbq in the backyard. Our shed has a full sized "shared" fridge for your outdoor patio drinks and ice! Other things to note Please, no additional guests, unless approval is given. Basic suite rental is for 2. Additional fee is due when more than 2 guests stay. Please book accordingly. Thank you in advance. - No events or parties please. 4 blocks from Leir Street you can pick up the KVR trail and cycle, jog or walk the famous Canada Trail. As this is a basement suite in our home, there may be some daytime noise from above, especially when our young grandchild is visiting.
