Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog! The space Located in a quiet neighborhood. This property is on nearly one acre, and is completely gated for privacy. You will be provided one gate opener and one parking spot on property. Guest access You will have your own door code and entrance. The Aviary is a tiny cottage nestled upstairs in a giant pepper tree and includes its very own upstairs private deck with amazing views! Other things to note - Although there is a small fridge, there is no freezer. - We have a two year old poodle (Luna). - "Nature Sounds" During certain times of the year, when its windy, the pepper tree next to the cottage will creek, which you may hear during the night.
