Whether you are vacationing or need a quick getaway, this home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. There are four bedrooms, one Murphy Bed office, four and a half baths and 2 separate living areas with enough room to sleep up to 13. The main level features a spacious living room with a 70” smart TV, large sectional with full sleeper with seating for your whole party. Off the main living area is a sleeping room with desk and full-size Murphy bed. There is an en-suite queen bedroom with TV, on the main floor with a door leading to the sound side deck. The kitchen is equipped with the appliances and tools one needs to prepare delicious meals. Bar stools around the island provides extra seating and the dining room overlooking the ocean seats 10 . There is a half bath on this floor. The top level houses the master bedroom with king-size bed, desk, exercise nook, jacuzzi tub and 43" smart TV. A second en-suite King bedroom with a dedicated work area (desk) looking over the ocean and 32” Smart TV. The kids will love the bunk room with twin bunk beds and queen bed. Outside this room is a kid friendly bathroom and laundry room. Also on the top floor is a sitting area, perfect for morning coffee, with comfortable seating with 55" Smart TV and oceanfront deck with seating. The heart of the home is the oceanfront deck which is half covered , half open for sun lovers. Your group will love the hot tub , comfortable seating area , bistro table and Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean. Walk down to the ground level where there is a private beach walkover just steps away from the home shared by just the three homes on the quad. There is a community pool which is a short 5 minute walk from the house open from Memorial Day through end of September. There is room for 3 cars in the garage and 2 outside the garage doors. An outdoor enclosed outdoor shower has hot and cold water is perfect both after the beach. The home has hardwood floors , wireless internet, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high chair, pack and play, blue tooth sound sound system, assorted games and puzzles (board and outside) , Keurig , Nespresso and drip coffee maker and Wilmington Gas Grill ( with propane). ***PLEASE NOTE HIGH SEASON IN JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER. We prefer 6 or 7 day rentals but will consider 5 days. ******Please note this is a private vacation rental so linens are not provided. Guests provide their own linens and bath towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. Guests should plan to bring own beach chairs and umbrellas but we do have some to supplement what you bring. Guest access The house has three in garage parking spaces and 2 spots immediately in front of garage. No additional parking is allowed on grass areas.
