Our bright apartment with large kitchen and balcony is located in our house in the south of Dresden. With much love and details has been thought of everything for the stay. We look forward to young and old, big and small ....... The space Our apartment is located on the ground floor of our house in the south of Dresden. The south facing apartment is equipped by the hillside with a balcony. We live about 3.5 km from the city center, in the district Plauen. From here you can reach by a short walk bus or tram, which go directly to the city center of Dresden. By bus or train you can get to the TU Dresden and the nearby institutes. The apartment has a living room and a bedroom of 16 m², a kitchen, a shower room and a small hall from which all rooms go out. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chests of drawers and a double bed that can be put together or separately. Also a travel cot has space there. For entertainment a television is available. In the living room we have a couch and a pull-out single / double bed. There is also a TV and a CD player. The living room also has a desk and two drawers toys, books. Through the living room you can access the large balcony, (about 8m²), which is equipped with furniture. Our kitchen will surely become the favorite place of the apartment. It is 12m² and has everything you need (dishwasher, sink, fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mixer). A cozy evening you can experience with Raclette / Fondue in our kitchen. (For the raclette please contact us.) Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar are always in stock. The shower room is small, but fine. It has a washbasin, massage shower and toilet. In the hall there is a wardrobe, mirror and wardrobe. Use washer-dryer, incl.
