On the upper level: - A master suite (Queen size bed and bathroom) - A spacious living area including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. - Terrace: On this breathtaking terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of Porticcio, the mountains, and the sea. It is equipped with sun loungers, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area, perfect for watching the beautiful pink sunset over the Sanguinary Islands as you enjoy your dinner. You will appreciate the high ceilings, exposed beams, and especially the perfect thermal and sound insulation of the villa (RT2012). On the lower level: - 1 master suite (Queen size bed and Bathroom) - A two-room suite with a double bed and 2 single beds and a shower room. All our bedrooms open to the outside through sliding glass doors. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned, except for "the children's room," which does not have its bathroom and private entrance. Parking is available for 2/3 vehicles. Since access to public transport is limited, we strongly recommend using a vehicle to facilitate your movements. Guest access It’s all yours! You will have a place to yourself.
