This charming bungalow built in 1930 & furnished with a bit of Parisian panache awaits. My home is in the quaint village of Williamsville & within close walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, boutiques, parks & a walking trail. The airport is a short 5 minute drive & Niagara Falls is 21 miles. Your stay includes the company of a sweet, calm and gentle dog named Bailey. I also have expansive gardens that are the perfect spot to relax and enjoy in the Summer months. The guest room is a charming and cozy room on the first floor located right next to the bathroom. It has a single twin bed and you can make yourself at home to unpack your things into the nightstand if you wish. Make yourself at home. You are welcome to use the kitchen, (including the fridge) dining room, and living room areas. Please note, there is only one bathroom, this it’s a shared space. As for the outside, I have a large patio and extensive gardens with several areas to relax and enjoy. For an additional fee, I can also host a bonfire during the Summer months, weather permitting. I'm available to answer any of your questions throughout the duration of your stay. I also provide a binder with lots of local information and recommendations that will hopefully help you during your stay. The thruway is less than a mile away, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The airport is a short 5 minute drive away. Bus stops are also just 2 blocks away. I have a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Bailey. She is a sweet and calm dog that loves everyone. She mostly sleeps during the day and shouldn't be a bother, except for the occasional times she gives the "please pet me" stare.
