The space It is a beautiful independent house (200 sqm) full of light overlooking Rio Marin canal from one side and a lovely private garden from the other. It has a private entrance on the ground floor and takes up the whole first floor. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. From our kitchen you will be able to reach the garden where there are 2 sitting areas, when one can relax, eat, drink and also smoke. It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the buses and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops. The apartment is in the Santa Croce area, which has maintained an intimate and authentic charm despite being close to the most interesting tourist attractions. The crowded Venetian streets are a short walk or vaporetto journey away. Riva De Biasio water stop (which is on the Grand Canal) is only a 3 minute walk. Supermarket is 1 min from the house Many good restaurants and a lovely fresh bakery café along our canal Sojourn tax is included in the price. We don't charge any caution deposit If your arrival is before 3:00 pm or if your departure is after 10:00 pm, we will keep your luggage on deposit with us. The Santa Croce area, where we've been living for many years now, has something unique about it. Though it is only a few minute walk from the most interesting touristic attractions in town, Santa Croce has managed to maintain an intimate and authentic charm. By just turning a few corners, you will magically leave behind you the crowded streets round Rialto, and find yourself instead in a relaxing and harmonious dimension. Here one can peacefully enjoy a good portion of the city's art, its history and special atmosphere among true Venetians. By a short walk or vaporetto journey, however, one can reach the crowded streets, the traditional or trendy shops in the San Marco area and all the other major interesting spots in Venice.
