Welcome to our Art Deco style house, located in Marewa, Napier, situated on a quiet loop street that showcases some of the best examples of Art Deco architecture. The house comes fully equipped, with a large private outdoor deck and lawn in addition to the house itself to relax in and enjoy. The house is located: - 25 minute walk/5 minute drive to Napier city - 25 minute walk/5 minute drive to Ahuriri - 20 minute drive to Hastings - 25 minute drive to Havelock North The space Spacious layout with an Art Deco theme, which will comfortably home up to 6 people for your stay. Fully furnished, with glass sliding doors leading out the back of the house onto a large deck and backyard. The kitchen includes all utensils, pots and pans, frypans, toaster, kettle, induction stovetop, panini press, 2 electric ovens, a microwave, built in automatic coffee machine and dishwasher. Inside the House - 65 inch television with use of Netflix, YouTube and TV - Bluetooth speaker system - Wifi throughout the house - 2 split system air-conditioning/heating - 3 comfortable couches Outside the House - Deck with table and chairs, in addition to lounge style seating for up to 6 people - Weber gas BBQ - A number of outdoor games to play on the lawn King Room - King Sized Bed - Hanging space - Vanity table/working desk Queen Room - Queen sized bed - Chest of drawers - Hanging space Singles Room - A king single bed and a single bed Bathroom Two areas that include: separate toilet, washbasin/vanity area, bathtub and shower Laundry Washing machine and dryer Guest access The entire house except for a few cupboards, sliding cupboards in the King room and the double garage are available for guest use. Other things to note There is a train track behind the back of the property. The trains don't run in the weekends and most of them are between 7:00am and 7:00pm. On average there would be 3-5 per day. They run at a low speed through town and are surprisingly quiet :)
