Our newly renovated home has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and is centrally located to Historic Downtown (3.2mi), UNC(2.2mi) Wrightsville Beach (5.4mi)and in walking distance to Whole Foods, Independence Mall and several restaurants. Comfy seating to enjoy the 65 inch TV with cable, Apple TV and high speed internet, the kitchen island or the Adirondack chairs on the new deck are the perfect spots to relax after enjoying all that Wilmington has to offer. The space The moment you enter our bungalow, you cant help but relax! The property was beautifully updated and renovated in Spring/Summer 2021. A brand new kitchen with full sized appliances is well equipped. French Doors lead out to a brand new deck that overlooks the generous fenced-in back yard with mature plantings and both private and open areas to take advantage of. Back inside you’ll find the Primary bedroom with a king size bed,and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other 2 , beautifully appointed bedrooms have queen beds and are also brand-new and very comfortable. We provide high-speed wifi AND cable tv, so remotely working is not a problem. We offer non-contact check-in with a digital keypad lock. This family-friendly space is a great way for everyone to stay together. **Please let us know if you plan to bring your well-behaved dog. Guest access Our guests have access to their own private washer/dryer in the garage. There are many stores within walking distance including Whole Foods. There is plenty of room to park up to 3 or 4 cars in the drive in addition to to the 2 car garage. Other things to note If you are interested in bringing your well-behaved dog, please contact me and let me know. There is an additional $75, non-refundable pet fee. We will not allow any dangerous dogs or puppies. The dogs must be on flea medication and must be fully vaccinated. We do have a fenced-in back yard, but YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET.
