In between the Clackamas River and the Willamette River. Between Portland and Oregon City. Between River Road and McLoughlin Blvd – both of which will take you to Portland. The room was completely remodeled in 2022 to include a private bath and private entrance. Self check in at any time after 2:00pm. Efficient and cozy with a Queen sized Murphy bed that can be put up during the day for extra space. A built in sofa sits in front of the Murphy bed and a 23” x 43” coffee table with a lift top lid. Two large side by side cabinets have dual purposes. One has a bar for hanging clothes and space below to store the sofa cushions when the Murphy Bed is down. The other gives you a pull-out shoe storage shelf, and two large drawers for folded clothes. This cabinet also houses a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, ice maker, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. Private patio and garden space outside of room entrance. You can self check-in anytime after 2:00pm. Late arrivals are no issue as you have your own secure private entrance and dedicated driveway parking. Neighborhood: Loree’s place is located in Milwaukie Oregon, a close suburb to Portland. A residential modest neighborhood with mostly single family homes built around the 1940s thru 70s. Accessible one block to bus line 34 and 2.5 miles away from the commuter rail Max Orange Line. Approximately a 20 minute commute to downtown Portland by car. The Trolley Trail is a 6 mile multi-use paved and gravel trail for you to explore on foot or on your bike. Access is just one block away. In the room you will find a map and list of the closest restaurants for you to enjoy. There are plenty of choices up and down McLoughlin Blvd and the closest Starbucks is only .7 of a mile away. The Trolley Trail entrance is just one block away from the house. This 6-mile trail is a community treasure waiting for you to explore on foot or on your bike! It's a multi-use paved and gravel trail. From the trail you can turn right and go to the Stringfield Family Park - a lovely spot for a picnic. Ride your bike to the left to connect with Gladstone and downtown Milwaukie to enjoy the restaurants, Farmer's Markets, pubs, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc they have to offer. The house is one block from the Tri-Met Bus stop #34. River Road and McLoughlin Blvd are main roads that will lead you to downtown Portland or the I-5 and I-205 Freeways.
