Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days. The space This light houseboat is actually a appartment on the water, in the middle of amsterdam Amstel river. The boat has it all....a bathroom with shower and sink, 2 bedrooms, a living room, fully equiped kitchen, a huge sunbathing decks (not for shy people....:-) stunning vieuws and a central heating/aircondition system, for cold/hot and rainy days.all decorated in mainly art deco/nouveau style, with a spanisch twist in the bathroom. Across my boat is the eden hotel. If your coming with 6 guest, and 2 stay in the eden hotel during the night, your welcome to use my boat for comfortable stay in the evening or at night Guest access nowadays in amsterdam, there has to be a permenent resident in a boat, and according goverment rules. We will be there all the time in our own private space, for trouble on the boat, but we dont disturb your privacy, and actually we dont care how you enjoy your hollyday, as long as you use the boat safe and only smoking outside. The boat is gay friendly, we like people of all coulour, and age, but be aware....its a boat, so elderly people above the sixties, can be a bit of a challange, to enter and get in although i am 62 myself, and still race up and down that boat. Other things to note The boat has a beautiful interiour, and is very spacious compared to most center houseboat appartments. We redesigned every squere inch, to have maximum space anywhere. The deck in the back of the boat is one of our extras, The boat has 2 airconditionairs for a cool night sleep in even the hottest summer days, and ofcourse central heating.
