Lovely property in quiet street, off Lark Lane

Lovely end-terraced house in a quiet street just off the popular Lark Lane. It is my home, so it is well equipped with everything you should need. Well-behaved dogs are welcome as this is a very dog-friendly area. Lark Lane and surrounding streets are part of a conservation area and it is a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of this. The space Guests will have use of the whole house, which includes a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge and fully enclosed garden. There is wifi and sky tv and the house should be equipped with all you need for your stay. There is parking on the road, but it can be very busy and difficult to find a space - however all parking in this area is free adjacent streets can be used if needed. Please note: there is only one bedroom but in certain circumstances we have the capacity to allow an extra guest and have a blow up bed and duvet set - this would only be appropriate for a child/teenager or an adult for a night or two and it would mean using the dining room or other space as a bedroom. Guest access Guests will have the house to themselves during their stay. Dogs are very welcome if they are well behaved! Dog beds, food, biscuits etc are all available for guest dogs - please make sure you clear up after them and please don't let them on the furniture.
