Room near Arcachon Bay – pool

Located in the countryside, Arcachon and Bordeaux 40 minutes away, 15 minutes from Lake Sanguinet. This is a single room. No kitchen. Just a microwave to heat up coffee or a dish. The toilet is shared. The shower is private. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay The space Old barn from the 1950s, rehabilitated in 2000 and renovated in 2013. 1900 m2 plot with pool. You will stay in a room of about 16 m2 with private shower room. The toilet is shared. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle so you can heat up a meal or prepare your breakfast. You have access to the pool and garden. Linens and towels are provided but basic products are to be provided by you. There is no kitchen in the accommodation. In order to maintain an affordable rate, there is no cleaning fee. It is to be done at the end of the stay. The garbage cans are to be taken out. And the dirty sheets and towels should be gathered in the bathroom. We hope you enjoy your stay Guest access En suite bathroom - Shower and sink. Shared toilet. Shared access to garden and pool - 4 x 8 m saltwater. During your stay Most of the time I am present during stays. My two children too. They are 19 and 17 years old. Other things to note Multitude of activities around thanks to the Archon Basin, Lake Sanguinet, the ocean and the Leyre. Activity ideas: Descend the Leyre by canoe and arrive at the Arcachon Bay (superb) Walk or bike on the many paths of the Landes forest (flora, fauna and calm). For the bravest, paragliding from the Pyla dune to land on the beach (unique panorama). Swimming in the pool, basin, lake, ocean or river.
