The Courtyard Studio in the Historic District

You have found your cozy oasis tucked under an Ancient Shady Oak trees in a private, lush tropical courtyard in the Historic District of St. Augustine. It is a minimalist's dream and exemplifies the appeal of tiny living : compact, clean, efficient, and convenient. A short walk to all of the Shops, Restaurants and Attractions. Enjoy and relax in the courtyard cool by day and at night the tree canopy is lit by hundreds of tiny laser lights at night. Solar powered/low carbon footprint. The space The Courtyard Studio is Powered by 24 solar panels, allowing guests to visit St. Augustine, leaving little carbon footprint. Park your car in your private space, and enjoy the Jungle that is an oasis in Historic District. Cool by day and lit by 1000's of tiny laser lights projected on the Ancient Oak Trees canopy by night. Experience your private, outdoor, bamboo enclosed shower or use the compact shower inside. The kitchenette is streamlined with a small refrigerator, sink, a two burner stove and microwave. Dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, coffee, sweetener creamer and snacks provided. The bathroom is similar to a petite European style bathroom. The toilet area is 2' x 2' with a door. The shower inside is 2' x 2' with a step up and shower curtain. **See photos. The copper table can be used as a make up area or for dining, unless you prefer to eat outside on your porch or in the courtyard. Feed the turtles, they love bananas and most produce.
