The Talaron House

The Talaron house is located in a 17th century hamlet. It is part of an estate composed of four houses completely renovated in accordance with local traditions and the charm of the stone. You will enjoy its shaded and private terraces facing south on nature and the Talaron valley. It is located in the Ardèche mountains at 700 meters above sea level, 10 km from the town of Cheylard with its typical market, shops and restaurants and 40 km from Antraigues. The space The house consists of 3 floors. You will arrive on the ground floor in the living room where there is a living room giving access to a balcony where you can have breakfast facing the Talaron valley in the heart of nature. In this room you will also find a small kitchen with everything you need. On the same level, a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with toilet and on the second floor you will have a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. Each room is equipped with blankets, duvets, pillows and are heated with electric radiators. Sheets are not provided. Outside, via the first floor, you can access a shaded terrace where you can have lunch on a table for 6 people or spend good evenings under the starry sky of Ardèche. You also have access to the shared swimming pool with the other 2 houses in the hamlet. You can book up to 19 beds in all the cottages (La Maison Bleue, La Maison du Talaron, La Maison de l'Olivier) for birthdays, weddings, parties, etc. For info (noted in the description): The pool, hammam and sauna are shared with 2 other accommodations. Guest access The house offers free access to the swimming pool located at the top of the estate with stunning views of the valley but also to the Hammam and Sauna located in one of the common areas of the 3 guest houses that make up this perfectly integrated complex. You have at your disposal a petanque court with all the equipment. Other things to note The tourist tax is included in the price paid at checkout. No surcharges for the tourist tax or for all the options available to guests such as the swimming pool, the steam room, the sauna which are shared with 2 other accommodations. Please note: bed linen (sheets), beach towels and bath towels, washcloths, personal care products are not provided. Please provide them in your luggage.
