The Talaron House

The Talaron house is located in a 17th century hamlet. It is part of an estate composed of four houses completely renovated in respect of local traditions and the charm of stone. You will enjoy its shaded and private terraces overlooking nature and the Talaron Valley. It is located in the Monts d 'Ardèche at an altitude of 700 meters, 10 km from the city of Cheylard with its typical market, shops and restaurants and 40 km from Antraigues. The space The house consists of 3 levels. You will arrive on the ground floor in the living room where is the living room giving access to a balcony where you can have breakfast facing the Talaron Valley in the heart of nature. In this room you will also find a small kitchen with all the necessities. On the same level, a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, a bathroom with toilet and on the second floor you will have a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with blankets, duvets, pillows and are heated with electric radiators. Linens are not provided. Outside, via the first floor, you access a shaded terrace or you can have lunch on a table for 6 people or spend good evenings under the starry Ardèche sky. You also have access to the pool shared with the other 2 houses of the hamlet. You can book up to 19 beds on all the cottages (La Maison bleue, La Maison du Talaron, La Maison de l 'Olivier) for birthdays, weddings, parties, etc. For info (noted in the description): The swimming pool, hammam and sauna are shared with 2 other accommodations. Guest access The house offers free access to the swimming pool located at the top of the estate with a breathtaking view of the valley but also to the Hammam and Sauna located in one of the common areas of the 3 guest houses that makes up this complex perfectly integrated into the site. You have at your disposal a pétanque field with all the equipment. Other things to note The tourist tax is included in the rate paid at the start. No surcharges for tourist tax or for all the options available to guests such as swimming pool, steam room and sauna that are shared with 2 other accommodations. Attention: everything that is bed linen (sheets), beach towels and bath towels, washcloths, personal hygiene products are not provided. Please pack them in your luggage.
