Fully equipped kitchen, living room on loggia with very practical and comfortable sofa, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80 X 190 that can be converted into 1 large bed) on balcony, shower/toilet. Wooded and very quiet. Antique furniture and trinkets, TV, Wi-Fi, printer, linens provided. Breakfast the first morning. If 4 adults, a surcharge is added for the stay. In principle, I am always present to welcome my guests... and give them all the information necessary for a better stay in my apartment. The residence is very secure. I speak a little English. There is currently no elevator. I'm on the 4th floor, but the floors are small. Guest access The whole apartment is available as well as books, board games... and linens and some emergency groceries! Other things to note the prices/day are different if it is a week or a month and if it is occupied by 4 adults. My 50 m2 apartment is ideal for a couple and 2 children or 1 adult. The shower room is small and contains the toilet! I bought a baby crib.
