I’m am not currently hosting for more than 2 people. If you would like to book please go to the Crescent Moon listing. Breezy but cozy waterfront recluse amidst the abundant wildlife, sunrises and sunsets. The area is a very quiet and peaceful spot close to all the popular bays and local attractions in Port Stephens and Hunter region. The space Quiet relaxing private 2 bedroom space with fabulous views right on the water., and away from the busy tourist areas. You will have a separate private entrance and bathroom with laundry facilities for you and your guest. Self contained kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, toaster, sandwich maker, and electric fry pan. 5 - 10 minute drive to local stores, cafes and restaurants. Free parking under the carport right by the entrance. The guest suite is on the lower level of an occupied, two storey home with its own private access. Ideally situated off the Pacific Highway and away from holiday traffic, you have easy access to all the wonderful spots to visit around Port Stephens which is still somewhat undiscovered and full of surprises . My home is a very quiet and beautiful waterfront recluse set amidst the wildlife (koalas, dolphins and birds) and beautiful sunrises and sunsets at sunrise point and sunset point with fantastic walking access around the beach and Koala Habitat, and situated across from the original homestead of the 1830 convict era, Tanilba House. Other things to note Due to the safety issue of no fencing around verandahs and residence, and an unguarded path to the water this property is not suitable for children.
