Newly renovated and decorated apartment. Very cozy and bright. In the heart of the historic center, it is an ideal location, with restaurants, bars and supermarkets just outside the building. IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment can be somewhat noisy on weekends as there are cocktail bars nearby. The space It's a special apartment, charming! It has a living/dining room next to a kitchen and a separate bedroom with curtains, in a very large space! It also has a separate bedroom with a large 160X200 bed. Full bathroom. Wifi internet, TV with international channels and 2 air conditioners. The second bed is a double bed of 140x200. It is a space that we have created since it is very spacious and can be perfectly used for 4 people and we have separated it with curtains to have privacy. It is a super nice apartment, decorated and designed for the comfort of the guest. It is a one-bedroom apartment but with 2 double beds. We have created a very nice and comfortable space since the living room was very spacious and thus able to enjoy it up to 4 people perfectly! Guest access The apartment has air conditioning, private Wi-Fi. The building is a very comfortable building at street level. There is the entrance to the building with a ramp and a room to store bicycles! This apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator. In front of the building we have 2 supermarkets! And several great restaurants right below the building! We recommend the Peruvian restaurant! Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. Check-in time is flexible, please note that the free time for key delivery is until 8:30pm. LATE CHECK-IN: From 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, there is an additional charge of €20. From 10:00 PM to midnight, the surcharge is €30. Starting at midnight, the late check-in fee is €40. We have a shuttle service from the airport, ask about our prices. Check-in is after 3 pm as a general rule but if there is a possibility we will be happy to help you receive you earlier after 11:30 am in the morning to leave luggage and pick up keys during the cleaning of the apartment. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You must notify us in advance of your arrival of the scheduled time for your check-in. If for any reason there is a delay, you must inform the property as soon as possible to avoid long waits. The property may charge additional fees for late arrivals without prior notice.
