Single room close to The Pantiles, station & shops

A single room (twin room also available on sep listing) conveniently located in light airy 2nd floor flat off the High Street of bustling spa town Tunbridge Wells On the doorstep of numerous shops, bars, parks and superb restaurants 1 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes walk to The Pantiles or town Easy reach of central London for theatres or a night out. Clean and comfortable Help yourself to breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, use of kitchen, dining room and living room with TV The space My home is a calm, light and airy flat just off The High Street. Spacious galley kitchen with double oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedrooms are my childrens’, available when they are away with the bathroom next door. There is a comfy living/dining room with Sky TV with catchup and DVD player. A great base to explore Tunbridge Wells. Guest access Private single room and access to shared shower room/toilet on your floor. Downstairs access to kitchen, living/dining room and toilet. During your stay I am around most of the day as I work from home (though possibly in London teaching during the day at weekends), but will give you as much space as you need and want. Happy to help but also have a constantly evolving guestbook with lots of information. Other things to note I can provide breakfast cereals with tea and coffee which I am happy for you to help yourself to. Condiments, cooking and salad oils, vinegar, salt & pepper etc are available for you to use. One hour parking is available to visitors Monday - Saturday 8am-8pm in the immediate area with free road parking about 5 minutes walk away. Local car parks are also available (The Great Hall car park being literally across the road from me). For parking on the streets in the immediate area you could park from 7pm. An option for short overnight parking could be to park across the road on Mountfield Road or the next one up the hill on Mountfield Gardens. There is a single yellow line on each of these that you can safely park on overnight from 6pm-8am. Failing that there is overnight parking in The Great Hall Car park for a small overnight fee but is just across the road from me.
