SMDCcondo w/ amazing Taal Lake view

The place is accessible by private car and public transportation. It is near Sky ranch and Taal Vista. Few restaurants are walking distance from the condo. Our resort condo is furnished w/ full size bed and pullout bed, extra mattress, TV, fridge, microwave, stove, electric kettle, water heater, dining wares/utensils. The room has ACU. Parking fee are not included. Condo amenities in the clubhouse such as swimming pool-indoor/outdoor etc. are not available due to renovations of the area. The space The unit has scenic view of Taal Lake. Guest access The guest has access to clubhouse amenities for a fee. It has badminton court, indoor and outdoor pool.
