ATTENTION: The entrance to the house is shared!!You will have the second floor, not the entire property. You will have a separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Our farm is located near the most beautiful villages of Alsace such as Riquewihr, Keizersberg, Eguisheim, Riboville... , located 15 minutes from Colmar, 30 minutes from Mulhouse, 45 minutes from Basel, 50 minutes from the capital of Europe - Strasbourg, 30 minutes from Freiburg and near the largest amusement park in Germany - EUROPA-PARK !!! The space We will be happy to welcome you to our large, spacious and comfortable house on the second floor with an area of 70m2! It is ideally located in the center of Alsace and 10 minutes from the A35 highway that runs along the entire region. You can visit the historic center of Colmar, which is only 15 minutes away. Within a radius of 25 km you will find the most beautiful villages of France like KAYSERSBERG (the most beautiful village of France in 2017) and EGUISHEIM (the most beautiful village of France in 2013) not forgetting the many other typical Alsatian villages located on the wine road. In winter, you can immerse yourself in the Christmas atmosphere at the Christmas market in Colmar, as well as in Strasbourg (the capital of Christmas). On the other side of the Rhine, in Germany, the largest amusement park in Europe - EUROPA-PARK is only 45 km away! Our apartments are ideally located for your vacation in Alsace! Guest access We offer our guests a fully equipped second floor (ATTENTION: you have to climb the stairs!!!) of our house to accommodate a family (up to 6 people) no more people. At your disposal is an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), bathroom and toilet, as well as two bedrooms (the first room with 3 beds 90x190, desk. The second room with 1 bed 140x190 and a folding bed with a mattress and a large wardrobe). Free, large, private and secure parking for your car in the yard. For several motorcycles or bicycles is included in the reservation price. Other things to note There is a small church in our village. The bell rings every hour, as in all the villages of Alsace. This is an important factor. In case of my absence, you can contact my husband or son. We live on the first floor of our house. The entire second floor with a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom and two bedrooms is for you. You can buy everything you need in a small grocery store that is just across the street as we DO NOT PROVIDE: - coffee and coffee maker filter - Washing powder Paper napkins - food The doors to the rooms are not locked.
